Please make sure to type your Minecraft IGN correctly, this page is case-sensitive. To activate your name color you will have to log out and back in for the changes to take effect. The changes should be instant otherwise. Also please take note, if your inventory is full you will not be able to claim your items as it is an instant process, We recommend storing your items before purchasing.
